From material selection to machining capability — supporting reliable CNC FR4 parts production.
FR4 is a fiberglass-reinforced composite based on epoxy resin. It offers excellent electrical insulation and reliable flame resistance, making it suitable for electronic, electrical, and fire-resistant applications. The material also provides good dimensional stability with minimal deformation during machining and use. However, due to its limited toughness and relatively high brittleness, FR4 is prone to fracture under impact or complex loading and is therefore not typically used as a primary load-bearing structural material.
Xmake not only possesses mature metal processing capabilities but also supports precision machining of various engineering plastics. Backed by advanced CNC equipment and a stable process system, we efficiently fulfill cutting, milling, and drilling requirements for FR-4 materials, suitable for manufacturing insulating sheets and structural support components. We provide full-process manufacturing services spanning prototype validation, small-batch trial production, and mass production, ensuring consistent and reliable performance, structural integrity, and machining consistency across different materials.
