Inconel is a nickel-chromium-based high-temperature alloy and its most outstanding feature is its exceptional high-temperature strength. It can maintain extremely high mechanical strength even at temperatures as high as 650°C. Inconel alloys also exhibit outstanding fatigue and creep resistance, along with exceptional corrosion and oxidation resistance, enabling reliable operation in environments such as seawater, strong acids, and strong alkalis.
