Aluminum 7075 is a common aluminum alloy material. Its strength leads among aluminum alloys, comparable to some steels, while retaining the advantage of being lightweight. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for machining parts that require both lightweight and high strength. However, Aluminum 7075 has average corrosion resistance, and due to its high hardness, it presents relatively high machining difficulty.
