Typical high-temperature resins have a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 99°C to 150°C at 0.46 MPa. The high-temperature resin used by XMAKE reaches an HDT of up to 200°C. Because its color is similar to ceramic casting molds, it is widely used to make investment casting patterns, thermoforming mold cores, and parts that need short-term high-temperature resistance—like electronic component housings or heat dissipation test fixtures.
